1. To avoid issues with your visa or accommodation, please arrive on the date stated in your Admission Notice. In case of changes due to force majeure, the college will notify you separately.

If you arrive earlier than the scheduled registration date, you will be required to pay additional accommodation fees. You may arrive no more than 3 days early. If you are unable to arrive on time, please contact with relevant person in the college in advance using the contact info in the Admission Notice.

2. Documents required for registration at college: Passport, Admission Notice, printed JW202 or DQ form.

Please prepare printed and digital photos before coming to China, requirements for photo as follow:

Recent, front-facing, white background photo (3.5 cm × 5.3 cm)Ears visible, no accessories including glasses, no exposed shoulders, no face coveringPrinted on photo paper, no scratches or folds

3. Physical Examination: Students with an X1 visa studying for more than one year must undergo a physical exam at the Jiangxi International Travel Health Care Center

(Address: No. 145, Hongdu Middle Avenue, Qingshanhu District, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province). Full examination costs approximately RMB 515, at your own expense.

4. Residence Permit Application: Students with an X1 visa must apply for a residence permit within 30 days of entry using their passport, Admission Notice, printed JW202 form, medical certificate, and visa application form. Late applications may result in penalties from the Public Security Bureau. With guidance from the designated college staff, please ensure timely completion of this process to maintain your legal status in China.
