1. Foreign students should obey the laws and regulations of Chinese government.

2. Foreign students should obey the regulations of Jiangxi Fenglin College of Froeign Economy and Trade.

3. Foreign students should respect teachers and staff.

4. Foreign students should follow discipline and work hard and complete the required assignments.

5. Foreign students should protect and care about college property, equipment and the facilities in apartments.

6. Refraining from fighting, smoking and drinking in public places.

7. Foreign students must respect the habits and customs of China and other countries.

8. Students are not allowed to leave the school without the permission of the counsellor

9. It is not allowed to post or distribute propaganda materials and printed matter on campus without permission.

10. Gambling, drinking, fighting, drug taking, drug trafficking and other interference with the normal teaching, scientific research and life order of the school are strictly prohibited.

11. Foreign students must abide by relevant Chinese laws and regulations in publishing, association, opportunity, procession, demonstration and other activities in China.

12. Our college respects the ethnic customs and religious beliefs of foreign students, but does not provide places for religious ceremonies, religious activities and religious gatherings are strictly prohibited on campus. 13. Foreign students who have not obtained a Chinese driver's license are not allowed to drive cars or motorcycles in China, and all violations are at their own responsibility.

14. Foreign students are not allowed to work, do business, or engage in other business activities during their studies at the university, but can participate in work-study activities according to the regulations of the university.
